Just wanted to let yall know that I found the
carbcountdown at my local grocers. 3 gms per cup and it is really good. Can anyone tell me where to find the low carb cereal. I haven't seen it. Anyway the grocer is part of the Bruno's chain. FoodMax here is Ms.

It is actually 2 grams net. 1 gram fiber. I found the Keto Crisp at my local Kroger. (also called Fry's if you go further west)

I'd advise you to watch out for the chocolate. I seem to do ok with the plain, but recently purchased the chocolate and it knocks me dead out of ketosis
