| Because this WOE is strongly diuretic, you need to supplement the electrolytes. You're already taking calcium, so add potassium and magnesium. These minerals are lost through drinking and urination. I personally found no benefit at all in chromium picolinate, and decided to save my money. YMMV. | Your vitamins look good. The chromium picolinate is one i stopped taking because I didn't see a benefit. But you might. I take a calcium mag. zinc combo. It;s about the same price as the calcium alone. I use morton;s lite salt with potassium rather than a potassium supplement because they limit potassium to 99 mg per pill by law and how do you determine how many are too many. There are consequences to overdoing potassium that I'm wary of. IMHo Your vitamin choices are good as they are. Rob 310/234.5/180 Me, a skeptic? I trust you have proof. |
