| I plugged everything into fitday and I only came out at 60 gs of carbs with 20gs of fiber--so not as bad as it felt going in. . .I was exactly on the day's goal total if yoiu subtract the fiber! and I thought I had really blown it with my binge of off plan snacks--won't do it again though--cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and lettuce made up a good deal of my carbs today so did tomato juice (11) and cheese and pickles--maybe it just feels like a lot of carbs because I am not used to eating so many! Idid almost get to 2000 calories though and I almost never breat 1500 so that was a lot for me but I really thought I had done a bad thing and I did because what I was craving was snack foods, not healthy stuff. I guess I did better than I thought. . .we always seem to beat ourselves up before we are really hurt!

| Sounds to me like you did really well. Lots of nutritious vegetables too. All off-plan days should go that well. Alice
