SO I've been using fit day, and I'm starting to wonder if it's innacurate on the carb count. Like this morning it told me I used 3 carbs for two medium eggs and alot of carbs on 2 cupps lettuce.. is it inaccurate?

I use fitday every day and haven't seen this kind of problem. In fact fitday said 2 medium eggs (boiled)was .982 grams carb. Maybe you just hit it during a problem period. Try again or verify in the USDA database meanwhile.

There are carbohydrates in eggs as well as in lettuce.

There are 3 carbohydrates in one raw wedge of iceberg lettuce. Any carbohydrates in lettuce are far outweighed by the dietary fiber you can subtract as well as how good it is for you to eat it.

Cooked eggs have 1 carboydrate each, yet raw, they have no carbohydrates.

This site is very helpful when searching carbohydrate values.
