Finally back on track!!

 Finally back on track!! I am finally back on the low carb track again! I was really struggling after Christmas and New Years...Ive been losing and gaining the same 5-6 pounds for months..but now I have finally stopped playing games and got serious about things again! Went back to an almost induction phase and have lost 6 1/2 pounds this week...so I am now 1 lb away from my all time lowest weight of 250...so as of this morning I am at 251..YIPPY HAPPY DANCE!!!!!!! Im feeling good and so happy Ive got the scale moving in the right direction again!!! Whew!! Hope you all are having success stories as well!!! Keep up the good work and Enjoy yourselves!!! Hugs,Lisa

 Re: Finally back on track!! Congrats Lisa!!!! Keep up the good work. I recorded a 4 lb loss this week and smiling so much. Getting and staying serious works doesn't it? lol Each person here inspires me to do my best each day. I'm so happy we're here to cheer each other on. HUGGGS right back at ya!
