| One of the things I have always had a problem knowing how much of what I need to be eating.... I keep my carbs between 50-70 cause I work out every day, but I keep reading about needing a certain amount of protein, etc... I kept trying to find out how to calculate this and found a great site with lots of different calculators. The site is The diet channel, http://www.thedietchannel.com Scroll down to cool tools, and you can calculate your workouts, how much protien you need at your current weight with what ever activity level you are as well as a bunch of other calculator like tools. check it out. :jumpgreen

| I didn't find anything at that link that actually suggests the amount of protein one should eat daily.

| Umm one of the "cool tools" - Calculate your fat, protien and carb daily needs. This (if I remember correctly) takes into account your activity level and let you know what your grm of protien you need....
