Some once mentioned the cabbage "noodle" lasagna. Sounded good. Anyone got the recipe

Someone mentioned in a post about a lasagna made where the noodles were actually cabbage. Just the thought sounded rather good. I was wondering if anyone had the recipe?

I've used a few different things to make my lasagnas. Cabbage works well and so does zucchini (shaved with a potato peeler). I just make a meat sauce and layer the pan with meat sauce, cooked cabbage leaves (dried off), more meat sauce, ricotta and mozzarella and parmesan. Then repeat until pan is full. Then add a layer of meat sauce and parmesan. I usually bake mine covered for 40 minutes and then uncover and cook for 10 or 15 more. It should be a little bubbling. But cooking time depends on the size of the lasagna.

Here it is in our recipe database:

http://www.lowcarbeating.com/recipe_...eyword=cabbage

a longer, expanded version can be found in Sharron Long's Extreme Lo Carb Cuisine.

Don't forget to use the search feature on our recipe database - i search on cabbage, and there it was!
