| I have been back to this woe for a week and back to this site for about 5 days. I slipped off this way of eating back in April and hence stopped visiting here. I know this will sound weird, but I thought about all of you almost daily. I would think of the people that I had come to feel like I knew and wonder how they were doing in their different daily adventures. However, I didn't want to come to the site because I would have to tell you all how I wasn't following this wol and how awful I felt. This proved to me that this site works, at least for me. I need the support and the accountability. I need to know that there are others experiencing the same struggles I am. Well I am back and I feel good. I have already lost 5 of the eight pounds I gained back. (yes, I weighed in early...i will wait to change my weight on my sig.) I just feel so much betteer when I am eating this way. Some one please remind me of that if i ever slip again. Many of you might remember that DH and I started lcing together back in January. It would be interesting to note that DH met his goal of 48 pounds off. He has now started lifting weights. He looks great! He watches his carb intake, but does eat things that I cant. It makes it harder when you watch someone else eat things that you can't have. I keep reminding myself how much better I feel not eating those things. Anyway, thanks to all of you who stick around here. You won't be rid of me this time!

| Welcome back! Glad to see you've rejoined the ranks. And if you ever do "slip up" again, don't leave. Just keep posting. It happens to the best of us. Don't ever stop posting. We've been there, done that, still doing that, and we're all still here.

| Seesko - well at least you had the good sense to get back on plan after a relatively short absence. My last absence from low carbing was 3 years. Welcome back, I did Miss you. |

| Good to see you back here. Slips are just that, glad to see you getting back on track. I too went on vacation last month and am working on getting off the extra lbs I gained .... I come here every day no matter if I lost, gained, stayed the same.... It helps me keep on track... even when I feel like I havn't been good. reading others successes gives me the strength to keep going.

| Hey Seesko!! I missed you!! So glad to hear you're back on course. I've been struggeling myself lately, but I'm determinded to tough it out, no matter how long it takes or how many times I slip up. That wonderful about your DH, but I see where it could be a little frustrating as well... darn estrogen!! Keep posting, it's always great to hear from you!!

| This place keeps me in line too. Whenever I get discouraged I come for visit to see how everyone else is doing. I fell off the wagon during vacation but I am proud to say no cheats since I've been back Take care and good luck! Renee |

| Hey Seesko, You aren't the only one who has been away. I too ran into trouble in April and haven't even looked at this site until yesterday. I went into the hospital weighing in at a 12+ year low of 202lbs and came out 10 days later at 223! I sorta started LCE except for binging on LC icecream with SteviaPlus Yogurt Sauce (Homemade: I had to get my fiber you know) until 12 days ago when I started Atkins induction. I was going through a 1/2 gallon every couple of days. I'm down to 212 with much less bloat. Like you, I have felt physically terrrrrrrible the last few weeks. I love the way I feel again, inside. I'm going to have to figure out how to remove the easter challenge logo. Anyone?
