YES it was happening ALOT for me...Id do great all week NO cheating then the weekend would come and Id blow it....and then I just gave up completely and ate bad bad for about 1 month.....So I am now 3 days strong and really working at this the right way...with NO Cheats!! I will be successful again!!!! I lost 50lbs first time around I will lose 50 more!!!!!!
