| Today I had blackberries for breakfast, a cup and a half of broccoli for lunch and a big salad (3 c different lettuces) with a few cherry tomatoes for dinner.

| Lunch yesterday was Soy-tein chips and Guacamole with green onion. I had coleslaw with my chili-dog (without bun of course). I think I probably had 3 servings of the coleslaw.

| Sheesh, Rob! What a show-off! The only veggies I've had all day were with my late lunch: some onions and jalapenos in my "fajitas", and a nice salad. If I get hungry later, I may have some of the celery I prepped earlier with some Ranch dip I made. I had a peach this morning....the pears I bought aren't ripe yet. No blueberries, zucchini, or coconuts here! LOL!

| Big cobb salad for lunch, but skipped the tomatoes, didn't feel like 'em. One whole green and one whole yellow zucchini for supper. I found a new market to buy my produce , it's called Sunflower, has both organic and non-organic. It's really resonable and looks great. I can't wait to eat it. And (not that it matter on this thread) a whole section of Atkins stuff. Finally I got my hot cereal.

| Had bell peppers and 'shrooms in my scrambled eggs for breakfast this am, slept through lunch, and had coleslaw and broccoli with dinner. I had guacamole with soy-tein chips for an evening snack.

| I was a very bad girl today. I had an Atkins shake for breakfast, some soy-tein chips with guacamole for lunch and Chicken and Egg drop soup in which there were mushrooms and a bit of green onion. Not MUCH in the way of veggies, but some.

| I had part of a peach, some green bean casserole, a salad, and some celery today. Not my worst day, but not my best, either!

| Today I hade the rest of the bag, a cup and a half, of brussel sprouts, for lunch. For supper I had two big bowls of chicken veggie soup, lots of green beans, peas and a few sliced carrots. Oh, yeah and for a snack I had baby carrots this afternoon.

| I salvaged some fruit that overripened and took it to work. I had a peice here and there today, not much at one time. I had a salad AND some leftover green bean casserole with dinner. I waited a while and then decided that yes, I would have that peach. So, all told, I had about 6-7 servings today. I have really been concentrating on the water today, and I was on the Gazelle tonight for an hour. And I remembered my supplements. So, I hope to see some "recovery" tomorrow! Now, I'd better go work on that sleep thing.
