Monday I did better than I have been with blackberries for lunch and a HUGE cobb salad for supper.
Tuesday I had a BIG salad for lunch and two servings brussel sprouts for dinner with baby carrots as an afternoon snack.
I'm sure I was over five servings Tuesday with the big salad. Lettuce has been on sale lately so I am going to eat a big salad a day.

2C salad veggies, apple slices and 1/2 c green beans
I ended up with two salads today a big one for lunch and bigger for supper. Also had some baby carrots. Didn't feel much like cooked foods today.

2C salad veggies, pear, 8 celery sticks(EEWWWW--I hate celery but I needed some veggies with dinner and that is what was available!


Yesterday: cauliflower, eggplant, carrots (few baby ones), zuchini, mushrooms, onion, tomato, celery (great vegie beef soup!)
Today: 3 cups dark leafy greens, radishes, cucumber, zuchini (raw) and 1 cup cooked squash

2c raw spinach, 1 cup romaine lettuce, 2 celery stalks, 1 japanese eggplant, 1/4 onion, 3 garlic cloves, tomato, 10 asparagus spears.

2 cups romaine, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup salsify, 1 ounce coconut. Feels a little light, doesn't it? I'll have 1/2 an apple later.

Pear, Grapefruit, 1C broccoli in olive oil and garlic--not as many as I maybe should have gotten, but I didn't do bad either!
Not so great today. Just a salad with romaine lettue and tomatoes. I will really try harder tomorrow.
