Had 1/2 cup zucchini in an omlette this morning. 1/2 of a cucumber for lunch. Finished up the day well with a four cup lettuce and cabbage salad. My plan to have a salad for every day of this new induction is going well.

Forgot to post yesterday...broke down and had a pear (not in my induction eating that I am suppose to be doing this week). Even with it I did well. Also had a two cup lettuce salad. And for lunch I had a subway lc wrap (also not induction fare) I got it loaded with good veggies though.

Today has been a salad day. Just a plain 3 cup lettuce salad for lunch then decided to have a 3 cup lettuce, handful of grape tomatoes, few cucumber slices salad. I am planning on some cooker cauliflower tonight for a snack.

Blew it today--so much for my resolve to eat my veggies--try none today--unless pickles count! Went to the movies this afternoon--Polar Express is awesome! Santa telling the little boy that Christmas spirit is what you feel in your heart not a thing to see made the whole movie--it is exactly that feeling I am trying to get my daughter to enjoy--the giving not necessarily the getting.

Ate spinach for breakfast, about a half a cup. Brussel sprouts, two servings, for supper and a couple lettuce leaves wrapped around my burger. Also had lots of celery for a snack.

Not so good today, I burned supper and it was mostly veggies. I was watching Shrek 2. I did have a lot of celery and some lettuce though. Tomorrow I will do better. Berries for breakfast!

I feel the same way Lori, not as good as I would like but far better than yesterday.

Serving of raspberries, 2 cups lettuce, 1 1/2 servings of brussel sprouts (only 9 but that is a serving and a half-boy I usually eat twice that much).

Didn't post yesterday but did very well, I actually had the exact same things yesterday as today.

Lunch was a two cup lettuce salad with a handful (OK 12 to be exact) of fresh red raspberries. Supper was a mixture of broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and a few onions. Basically whatever sounded good mixed together from my vast array of frozed vegetables. Last night I had 2 cups tonight I had the rest which was 3 cups.

Yesterday was a good day--salad for lunch wiht chicken and salad with dinner--though I didn't eat as I should have--we went out for our anniversary...toOlive Garden I chose the 3meat three sauce ravioli with the salad and fried ravioli for an appetizer, we finished the salad (huge bowl) between us and neither of us finished our meals..then we brought home and shared a piece of Chocolate lasagna.

Many many bad days and now onto better things.

This afternoon I had a cup of green beans and a half cup of stewed tomatoes. Tonight I had two cups of fresh spinach. I's a start.
