    10 baby carrots for snack, green beans with lunch, salad and pea salad with dinner, and an apple (half at a time). WOW! I can amaze myself when I plan ahead!

    small salad at lunch, 1 cup of broccoli with a little butter (2 servings), and OMG I finally broke down and made Mashed Fauxtatoes (the twice baked kind)...why the h**l did I wait so long to do that??? It was fantastic, had 2 servings and can't wait 'til lunch tomorrow! That's 5!

    Today I had a good veggie day. Half cup broccoli, half cup caulifower, one cup green beans, celery stalk. Not 5 servings but good for induction.

    Well, I planned ahead, then left the snack behind! I think it was God's way of telling me I was eating too many snacks! LOL! I had baby carrots for snack and green beans at lunch. That's it. Not good. I will try to do better tomorrow!

    Had 1/2 cup broccoli and 1 cup of mashed fauxtatoes for lunch. Will have the same for dinner since there are leftovers. That's it for today!

    OK--lots of veggies today--all kinds of salad greens...like about 6 cups if my guess is right...about half a cucumber, 5 slices of tomato (about 1/8 inch thick) and 2 radishes. As high as my claories were yesterday they are down today...I know I am in ketosis now...I went from starving yesterday to not hungry at all today...force fed myself my snack so I have something in my system for my workout and still wasn't hungry for dinner...ate a salad with 4 oz of chicken anyway...lots of cucumbers, tomato slices, dill pickles and a bit of shredded cheese!

    I meant to eat a lot of salad greens but ended up going out to eat adn not even finishing my salad. Wasn't much lettuce anyhow but a ton of chicken. It also had some fresh guacamole so I had what probably amounted to a half an avocado and a half cup of lettuce with a qurter cup of tomatoes. I came home and ate a ton of celery though to get in some fiber. Tomorrow I'll do the big salad I had planned for today.

    When I realized I only had a quarter of an apple, some baby carrots, and some cole slaw today, I decided to eat an entire can of asparagus for dinner. YUM! I needed to make up for my lousy showing yesterday! LOL!

    had some broccoli with breakfast, a small salad with lunch, a good sized salad with lots of veggies (2) and mashed cauliflower for dinner. I have eaten so many veggies in my life! And people think all we eat is meat!

    fruits and veggies only listed:
    Breakfast: 1/4 apple
    Snack: baby carrots
    Lunch:salad and CarbClever peaches
    Snack:1/4 apple
    Dinner:salad

    Wow, that's probably my best showing yet. I've taken green beans in "takealong" bowls to work, also a bag of salad, and a can of peaches this week. And I quartered up an apple for snacks. I always do better when I'm prepared.

    Yesterday I had the rest of the chicken taco salad for breakfast and lots of celery for snack. I also had 2 cups of a broccoli/cauliflower mixture.

    Today I had a 2 1/2 cup spinach salad with a roma tomato. For supper I had another roma tomato. Now I am out of roma tomatoes. Boo-hoo. I also had a few stalks of celery for a snack.

    Pretty good days.

    Cauliflower with breakfast, spinach salad with broccoli, cauli, tomato, cucumb. about 2 cups with lunch, string beans and mashed cauli with dinner

    Hmmmm, I had a salad, some onion rings, and broccoli when we ate out tonight. And I had some CarbClever peached with my lunch today. Not my best day....and not my worst.
