| 1C red cabbage in salad, 3C lettuce, 2T almonds slivered, 2T shredded carrots, 1 cucumber, 1C cauliflower with cheese sauce...about 9 today!

| I had a nice salad for lunch, then had to go to a wedding. I had a spoonful of slaw (the only other choices were beans or potato salad!) and BBQ. Tina and I will both try to do better tomorrow!

| Raw veggies for lunch, salad and steamed veggies for dinner. I only count that as 4, so I need to improve on that...oh well, tomorrow! |

| Today I got in a big romaine lettuce salad, so 2 there. Then I had a stir-fry with fresh veggies, about 2 1/2 there. Yesterday I had a cup of green beans and a half bag of brussel sprouts and four stalks of celery. Definitely 5 servings with all the brussel sprouts.

| celery stalks.. salad mix with iceburg romaine sliced radish cabbage and bits of carrot (i pick out the carrots and leave em) five whole radishes.. 3 califlower florets.. and a partrige in a pear tree....*L* might have some green beans later... so is the salad considered ONE or each of the things in it? |

| I had some TGIFridays's spinach/artichoke dip with celery. Kinda weird, but good. And I had salad tonight with dinner. Not 5, but probably 3-4. Better than yesterday, not as well as tomorrow. (I hope!)

| I am new here and wanted to know if i could join you all here. I just love my vegetables to but i need to learn how to cook them low carb. I am very overweight, I am 245 lbs. and need to lose 100 lbs. this year not only for me but for my health to. I have alot of health issues going on right now that I need to see if losing weight will help. I am 5 ft. 7 inches tall. so I feel 145 will be good for me to weigh. So if I can join you here please let me know ok. Mary |

| According to my food journal, I had veggies and dip (celery & radishes) for my morning snack. And some spinach/artichoke dip with lunch. More veggies and dip for afternoon snack. Dinner was a yummy salad: romaine lettuce, crumbled bacon, a small can of chicken breast chunks, and grated cheddar, topped with CarbOptions Ranch dressing. That ought to do it, huh?

| I had a veggie soup which only had broccoli, cauliflower and just a tiny bit of carrots. The broccoli and cauliflower easily added up to three servings, probably more. Then for supper I had two servings of brussel sprouts.

| 4C salad for lunch...it was huge and a side salad from Wendy's for dinner...not all I ate of course! All the veggies for today were lettuce based, but I will do better tomorrow...my lunch salad plus cooked ones for dinner!

| Had the veggie soup again for lunch and then 3 servings of brussel sprouts for supper with 4 celery stalks for snack. Finally got more salad dressing at the grocers tonight so I can have my salads at home.
