I had cole slaw with lunch, veggies-n-dip for snack, salad with dinner, which was a casserole with broccoli as a main ingredient. That's my five for today. I'm gonna have to plant a garden!

6C salad greens, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 tomato sliced, 2T shredded carrots...didn't eat much else but salads today...now I am starving! Go figure!

Well, ladies.....it looks like it's just the four of us, but that's okay!

I had the last of my radishes with dip today at lunch....along with leftover broccoli/chicken casserole. Tonight I had a salad (small) and some green bean casserole with dinner. All totaled, I believe that's 5.
I've kinda fallen off the fruit wagon, haven't I?

Last month I think it was down to just Lori and I for a large part of it. But I will still keep this going. I need to be accountable!

Today I had about a cup of cherry tomatoes at lunch and two whole zucchinis with about 1/4 cup onions for supper. I could have done better. I need to get the lettuce washed for tomorrow.

I have berries in the fridge...I had forgotten, glad you mentioned fruit Maxibee.

Today...3C salad greens, 1/4 cucumber, 1 radish, 1C cauliflower w/cheese. . .much better variety than yesterday! Probably when I plug it into fitday the results willb e much better too!

You ladies are doing great!

Until tonight, all I'd had in the veggie dept. was some greenbean casserole. Then, when DH and DD wanted pizza and pasta, we ended up there. I didn't cave though. I had a chicken Caesar salad. I ate as much of it as I could, so I hope I got my 5 in. I was so full, I didn't even think about dessert! Still no fruit.....

3C salad, ate maybe 1C at lunch of the salad...it was awful, 1/2 cucumber with ranch dressing, 2C salad w/dinner and 1/2C cauliflower raw with dip...

Okay, I deserve to be drawn and quartered: I had no veggies or fruits today. I sat down here to see what was happenin' in the land of LCE, started listing my menu on the Turtles site and discovered, to my horror....I had none of my 5-a-day today!

I will be sooooo much better tomorrow, you guys will think I've gone vegetarian!

1C broccoli for lunch 1C green beans for diner...not much variety, but good for the veggies...the rest of what I ate was pretty horrible though...I wish I didn't love ice cream so much...AND I wish I hadn't let myself get starving...still paying for it this morning with the mumblings and grumblings of my tummy.

NO veggies today except some beans in DH's chili and the tomato juice...I guess that counts too! I did have about half a serving of pumpkin seeds too...MMMMM I love seeds!
