| Yesterday the only thing I had were a half a cup of blueberries in some mousse I made. Today I had spinach in an omlette this morning, I also had a salad with brunch. Then for supper I had three servings of cauliflower/broccoli.

| Had some salad and green bean casserole at lunch. Dinner was a protein/fiber shake and half an apple. I've had worse days!

| 1/2 cup caulifower, 1/2 cup cucumber, lettuce & tomato with lunch, and mashed fauxtatoes, broccoli and spaghetti squash for dinner. Experimented with the spaghetti quash and made it like a sweet potato thing with butter, cinnamon, and spenda with chopped pecans on top. Not too bad. I had decided I did not like spaghetti squash last night when I made it with parmesan cheese, but this was doable. |

| I need to try squash with splenda. I love it with brown sugar. Today I missed lunch through a series of unfortunate events. So I quickly downed a bunless burger and spoonful of peanut butter. But I did get in a big salad for supper. So only about 3 servings of veggies but tomorrow I'll do better.

| Had fried cauliflower with breakfast, left over sweet "potato" with lunch, mashed fauxtatos and a few strawberries for dinner. Only 4 today, room to improve. |

| Three cups broccoli/cauliflower mix for lunch, 2/3 cup is a serving so hmmmmmmmm four servings right there right? Then a cup and a half mashed fauxtatoes for supper. Pretty good today.

| I missed yesterday! I had celery and dip for snack, a Wendy's side salad (sans the tomato) at lunch, more celery for snack, and some green bean casserole at dinner. A pretty good day for me. Today was a munchie day for me. Not a veggie munchie day, though! I finished of the celery today and the last of the green bean casserole, too. That's it in the veggie dept. Tomorrow is always another chance to do better.

| Overboard on the brussels sprouts today. I had a while bag so five servings right there for supper. Lunch was a three cup lettuce salad.

| sala dwith my pizza can birthday cake for lunch...broccoli aobut a cup with dinner...maybe 2 c of salad greens...so probably 4 for me today. NOT so good...berries...probably blueberries tonight with whipped cream...bringing total to 5
