| Hmmmm, I had a small amount of cole slaw at lunch, a few bite-sized peices of fruit, and salad for dinner. Maybe 3-4 total. I REALLY need to work on that whole spinach breakfast quiche thing. I had some radishes in my cooler for snack and forgot about them! Duh! Better tomorrow.......

| Let's see - celery, radishes, romaine, more romaine, tomatoes, more tomatoes, tomato sauce (enough with tomatoes already) green pepper. Had a large salad with LC tortilla pizza for lunch and a chef salad is prepared for dinner. Might have a half an apple later tonight.

| I had the other half of the slaw from yesterday, and the other 2/3 of the fruit. Tonight, I picked up BBQ: had mine with l/c bbq sauce, sides were green beans and fried okra. I know, I know....but the okra was the lesser of the other evils offered. I should've just skipped it. So, depending on serving size, I had 3-4 servings today. Better than I've been doing! Rob, so glad to have a fifth for poker! Usually, it's just me, Lori, Noel, and Dragonmom. Seems like I hardly ever get all 5 in, but I'm trying!

| Let's see...had the lettuce and tomato on my thickburger (again...on the road), and with dinner, had a big salad and steamed veggies (outback! Yum!!!) I think that would be pretty close to 5. I'm gonna call it that anyway. |

| Lauri, sorry you've been alone here all weekend! Saturday I had some spinach in my omelet and a big salad for lunch. A snack later on was a few radishes. Not bad for a day when I was out most of the time! Today I had another spinach omelet, some radishes for snack, and a BIG salad including: romaine lettuce, beef fajita meat, onion, avacado, and Ranch dressing. YUM! If I had thought about it, I'd have put some shredded cheddar in it! HEY! Isn't avacado actually a fruit? If so, I had FRUIT today.....and not just the few little bits of strawberry in the yogurt, either! Lori, Noel....you two are usually pretty good in this department!

| Welcome back Maxibee! Today I had a salad at Red Lobster (I'll call that 2 servings) and steamed veggies at leat a cup (2 more) and fried "rice" with dinner. That's 5, but I had wanted to add a little fruit today, but the calorie count was starting to get up there. Fruit tomorrow for sure! |
