I am also trying to eat plenty of veggies.
Yesterday I had green beans, mashed cauliflower, and a medley of baby pattypan squash, baby zucchini and tomato.

Today I had zucchini hashbrowns with breakfast, for lunch I have a 2 cup lettuce salad and about 4 oz cucumbers. I also have about an oz of celery sticks for a snack. Tonight I will have asparagus.

Welcome Carlee! Looks like your doing quite well with your veggies.


Today I had broccoli & cauliflower with lunch, and a BIG salad with dinner with spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato plus toppings. Also had string beans, and some leftover blackberry cobbler for desert. Yeah, got them all in today!

I had some leftover cauli salad at lunch, some celery and radishes with dip for snack, and a salad tonight with my salmon. Yum! I think that's 5! (or close to it)

Salad with lunch, 1 cup steamed cauliflower and 1 cup steamed broccoli, and the last piece of blackberry cobbler. 5+ today...good day!

I forgot to add a small apple to my total yesterday!

I had veggies (celery and radishes) and dip, a small apple, and a salad today. I think thats 5!

Had a good salad with lunch. Broccoli & cauliflower with cheese sauce for dinner, and 1 cup strawberries for desert. That would be at least 5. Yea!

I had the usualy veggies and dip for snack, then nothing else until I made myself eat dinner aroung 8. Late for me, but I felt too yucky to eat earlier. I had a salad with my baked chicken breast. Not my best day by far.

I forgot to check in last night. I had cucumbers and tomatoes for lunch and then again for dinner but prepared in a different way. So maybe only 3 servings so I tried really hard today. I had 1 1/2 c steamed broccoli for breakfast, 2 c lettuce plus 6 grape tomatoes for lunch and 2 servings (12-about a cup) of brussel sprouts for supper. So that's about 7 1/2 servings today.

Today I had zucchini hashbrowns for breakfast
for lunch I had cucumber slices and zucchini slices
For dinner I will be having baby zucchini and maybe asparagus.

This morning I had two servings brussel sprouts for breakfast, a little lettuce for luch in my wrap, but then a big salad (3c romaine, 1/2 tomato, atichoke hearts) for supper.
