I just ate 2 more servings of brussel sprouts. I'm a veggie-head today!

You go Rob! I'm impressed.

Today I had lettuce and tomato on my thickburger and cauliflower for lunch, celery with peanut butter for snack, string beans with dinner and 1 cup strawberries for desert. I'm all in today!

Yesterday, I had 2/3 of a can of green beans....and half of a HUGE salad from El Phoenix. It was their "El Phoenix Chef Salad". It had iceberg lettuce and spinach, topped with chicken breast slices, a boiled egg, grated cheddar cheese, sliced mushrooms, and a couple of pickle spear on the side. All of this on a platter. I asked for a box right away! It was good, but more than anyone I know could eat at one sitting!

Today, I had some spinach/egg/cheese thing I baked up this morning. And I had the leftover salad (with an added sliced small avacado on top) for lunch. I think I'm definitely gonna make it today!

I had some CarbClever peaches (1/3 can) after dinner. So, I'm sure I made it to 5 today. I plan to make both potato and fauxtato salads tomorrow. Last time I made fauxtato salad, DH ate most of it, since it "tastes okay"!

Boy, wish my grocer carried those carbclever peaches. That would be a nice addition. Does WalMart carry those? I haven't checked there.

I haven't, either. I buy mine at Kroger. I think it's called King Sooper up north. They are made by DelMonte. Funny thing is, they cost EXACTLY the same as the regular fruit.

We have Kroger stores in Virginia, just not in my immediate area so I'd have to wait until I make a trip into Williamsburg or New Port News. Next week I have an appointment over there, so I'll check then. Thanks for the info.

I didn't do so good with the veggies yesterday or today.

Yesterday I only ate one serving of broccoli

Today I had zucchini pancakes, tomatoes, and 2 servings of asaparagus.

Well, today was just terrible! Had lettuce and tomato on a low carb thickburger and celery later. That's it! Will be very good tomorrow I hope!?!
