"5-A-Day Low Carb Club" at Low Carb Diet Support: "Sometimes (alot of times!) I have days like that! Today I had some spinach/egg/cheese stuff for breakfast. I had a salad for lunch. And another salad with dinner. Topped off with some CC peaches for ...."

Sometimes (alot of times!) I have days like that!

Today I had some spinach/egg/cheese stuff for breakfast. I had a salad for lunch. And another salad with dinner. Topped off with some CC peaches for dessert. I'm sure that's 5. And on a weekend, no less!

Today I had sauteed green beans (about a serving-maybe a little bit more) and fresh tomatoes (just a few grape tomatoes). Then two cups lettuce and two servings brussel sprouts for supper.

Yesterday I had zucchini hashbrowns for breakfast, 2 cups lettuce and 3 oz cucumber for lunch, and 4 oz asparagus and 1 roma tomato with dinner

I ate a small salad for lunch, 1 cup lettuce with 3/4 of a cucumber...but here's the big thing...I ate two strawberries shy of a pound of fresh strawberries. It was the first time they came out this year. They were giant strawberries that were on sale for valentines day (chocolate covered ya know)

I'm going back tomorrow for more. But I don't think that I will eat that many at once again.

I don't have yesterday in front of me, but I do know that today, I had spinach in my eggs for breakfast, some green beans and slaw with my Crustless chicken from KFC, a small apple for snack, and a salad with dinner. Not bad!

2 big salads today--about 5C salad greens and some cucumber slices and some red cabbage and hmmm, that is about it I guess. Probably a grapefruit tonight.

I ate the last of the egg/spinach/cheese stuff today for breakfast. I had some celery and radishes for snack, then a small apple during the drive home. I'm out of salad, so I had a can of asparagus instead. (The pets LOVE the water off the canned veggies!)

So, put me down for 5 today. I have a spaghetti squash I'm planning to cook this weekend, so ya'll may see me putting down "Had leftover spaghetti squash again...."

Broccoli cheese soup for lunch but really only about one serving if even that in the soup. Supper was much better a big cobb salad, about three cups worth.

Not quite enough but I am looking forward to tomorrow.

I didn't get in my 5 yesterday. I had zucchini with breakfast and lunch was 2 cups of lettuce and 2 oz of cucumbers and that was all.

Had big salad for lunch...maybe three cups. Then one anda half cups of cauliflower for supper. I will have some strawberries for a snack later. So glad they are back in season.
