| Yesterday I had zucchini with breakfast, 1 cup of lettuce with lunch, and 1 servings of cabbage and one of asparagus for dinner. So I was short one (unless sals counts as a veggie? I had a 1/4 cup of salsa with lunch). Today I had cucumbers for breakfast. For lunch I have packed 2 cups of lettuce and 3 oz of cucumbers. For dinner I will be having cauliflower and broccoli.

| Green beans at lunch, a small apple for snack, salad and guacamole when we ate out for dinner. Not too bad, coulda used 1 more serving. The weekend is here, no more excuses!

| It was berry day today. Had a 4.4 oz box of fresh blueberries for breakfast. Then a veggie soup for lunch. Then tonight a bunch of fresh strawberries. Probably about four servings all together.

| Uh.....I had half a cup of spinach in my omelet this morning, and I had a cup of "fauxtato" salad tonight. That's it. Bad Maxi!

| Yesterday I forgot to post but I ate a ton of brussel sprouts. A whole bag to be exact. Which in itself is five servings. I also had almost a whole box of strawberries so I was good. Today I had two cups of cauliflower and a cup and a half of lettuce as well as a whole lot of celery.
