| Two cups lettuce salad for lunch and a combo veggie stir fry for dinner, about two cups all together, broccoli/carrots. Didn't get in the strawberries. Now I'm over my carbs. I will wash them for tomorrow.

| Hmmmmm.....a small apple, some tomato in the turkey chili I made, and most of a peach tonight. Not good. Too much fruit, not enough veggies!

| Did well today. Had three cups of lettuce salad for lunch and two servings brussel sprouts for supper. Also a cup of fresh strawberries for a snack.

| Oops, didn't post yesterday...had spinach and tomato with lunch, salad and steamed veggies with dinner. I think I got 5 servings in there. Today...lettuce and tomato with lunch, squash, zucchini, and broccoli with dinner. Close, but I think only amounts to 4 today. |

| I forgot yesterday as well. Goofy me. I had a whole cucumber for lunch and then lots of salad with tomatoes and romaine lettuce and peproncini and pickles for supper. We ate at a salad bar resturant. Today not so good. 1/3 cup of fresh raspberries for lunch and two servings of brussel sprouts for supper.

| yesterday-1C strawberries, about 1/2C of grilled veggies from the steakhouse the night before, 1C cauliflower w/cheese--maybe not quite 5 but darned close--gotta get groceries today...we have frozen veggies but the fresh everything seems to be gone again...no fresh fruits and no fresh veggies--grrrrr! I ordered some containers for my foodsaver last night. Containers for lettuce and cabbage and all the other veggies too. I am hoping that will help keep them fresh longer--it is supposed to.

| My fresh strawberries were a disappointment. They went bad so fast. I saved about half of them. But Raeann says there were good ones at Costco that lasted really well. So this week I'll get some of them. Yesterday had a half cup of broccoli in my omlette for breakfast. Three cups lettuce for lunch. And a serving and a half of brussel sprouts for supper...actually it was more like a late snack to get the last veggies in.

| I've been remiss about posting here! Yikes! Friday was a disaster, but that's over. Yesterday I had a piece of spinach/egg quiche, some green beans and some celery, no fruit. Today, I had the last piece of the spinach/egg quiche, some cauli salad, some twice-baked cauli-mash, and some spaghetti squash. That's it so far.
