| Good job Maxi! Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was stir fried beef w/onion, bamboo shoots, carrot, and mushroom. Dinner was roast pork, spaghetti squash w/chopped pecans, asparagus, and the last of the cranberry compote.

| I had an apple at breakfast, 5 bites of apple for lunch (what a hell day.....I even had to answer the phone with apple in my mouth), and some raw broccoli with dinner (I was too lazy to steam it). Again, I've come up short! I just need to take the TIME to eat my veggies!

| Another short day, but not a total loss: I had the rest of my apple from yesterday's "lunch", then a big salad tonight for dinner. We have been so crazy busy at work, I barely have time to use the bathroom, much less actually EAT! But Fridays always seem to be a little calmer, so hopefully I will do better tomorrow.

| Breakfast: an egg with 2 pc. l/c garlic toast. Sounds gross, tasted good. And part of an apple. "Lunch": a 3-minute chocolate cake, nuked and buttered. Not what I had in mind for my midday meal, but all I had time for. Dinner: green salad with 3 "taco guts" (lettuce, meat, and cheese) on top and Ranch dressing Dessert:s/f pb & jelly What an odd menu......

| It was a strange day as I made my theathrical debut tonight in my church Christmas pageant. I only had 2 real meals but I barely managed to get in my 5 servings today. Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. A late lunch was a large lettuce salad w/grape tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, and stuffed olives and a chipolte turkey burrito w/onion, celery, and green pepper. A post performance snack was ham salad w/celery and onion.

| I can imagine you didn't want to eat much Henry. Do you get nervous in front of people? How did you do? Did you have a good time? Today I'm going to have mixed vegies with light cheese sauce and fruit was blueberries. Dairy: cheese with serving of crackers (5). Meat: to be determined. Treats: 2 protein bars |

| Yesterday I had about 1/8 cup of salsa with my breakfast burrito (no tortilla...it's messy, but good). I ate a tablespoon of s/f strawberry jam with some s/f pb for break. And a few carrot chips and a couple of celery stalks. Lunch was an apple. How sad is that? I really need to start just taking some time out for a real lunch. Wow, if you squeeze all my little bits together, I had about 3 servings. Gotta do better today!

| Heather, I used to get nervous talking in front of people, but that was a lot of years ago. Now I am used to putting on presentations of 1-3 hours. However, in those I do not have to memorize lines that have to be said in the right order and at the right time. Tonight was the last night for the "Journey to Bethlehem". It is a series of scenes that are repeated over and over as each group of "travelers" are led to a series of 8 scenes which are set up throughout the church buildings. I was one of the 3 Wisemen and we did our scene about 15-20 times a night for groups of 20-30 "travelers". It is amazing to see the looks on the childrens faces. Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/grape tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, and stuffed olives and a chipolte turkey burrito in a l/c wrap w/onion, celery, and green pepper. My late dinner was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives and shrimp in tomato cream sauce w/onion, celery and green pepper over Dreamfields penne pasta.

| Wow, Henry....that sounds really neat. Any pix to share? I ate really strangely today. I made salmon-and-eggs this morning, which is essentially eggs scrambled up with a can of salmon. It may not sound good, but it is. Then I had some peanut butter, cocoa, and Splenda mixture. This is when I realized I may be PMS-ing....the desire for chocolate has reappeared. Next was a little more salmon & eggs, the rest went in the fridge for breakfast tomorrow. Then I had sunflower seeds, a small bowl of microwave popcorn (???), an apple, and a Romaine salad with broccoli peices and Thousand Island dressing. And an entire pitcher of green tea. What a bizarre combination. I guess I was just too lazy to cook anything else. There ARE worse things to eat. I still did not get my 5/day today.
