| Breakfast was l/c pancakes and sausage. (No fruits or veggies there.) Lunch was Thai hot & sour steak soup with mushrooms and bok choy leaves and pork and vegetable stir fry w/shirataki. (Probably 3 or possibly 4 servings of veggies there. There was no dinner, just assorted low carb appetizers with book club. (Deviled eggs, shrimp w/cocktail sauce, my "nacho ordinary roll-ups", seasoned this time with chipolte, curried chicken dip that I used a serving of celery for, rather than crackers and pumpkin mousse in a pecan crust for dessert. (I figure that I had a serving of pumpkin in the mousse so I just squeeked by with my 5 today.) Interestingly enough, this was the first time since I started this WOE that someone in this approximately monthly meeting book club did not ask me if I was still on that "diet".

| I had broccoli in my omelet this morning. I had a small piece of the breakfast casserole I made. It has eggs, mushrooms, spinach, and cheese in it. Darn! I forgot to put flaxseed meal in it! A green salad this evening. No fruit. We're out and I never made it to the grocery store today. So, I ended up with about 4 servings. Not too bad.

| Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onions, and stuffed olives and shrimp in chunky tomato cream sauce over rice-a-flower. Dinner was another lettuce salad with the same ingredients, different dressing and 1/2 a chicken breast stuffed w/ricotta & asiago cheese and andouille sausage over Dreamfields linguini w/1/4 cup marinara sauce, and the last of the pumpkin mousse.
