Breakfast was l/c pancakes & sausage. Lunch was an effort to begin in earnest to clean out the refrigerator as we get ready to leave to spend Christmas with our son and GKs. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onions, and stuffed olives, Chinese style hot & sour soup w/bok choy and green onions, and a couple servings of celery stalks stuffed with warm curried turkey dip. Dinner was roast pork w/cranberry-port gravy, holiday spaghetti squash w/chopped pecans & maple syrup, zucchini w/red & green pepper, onion, and tomatoes, and a chocolate peanut butter truffle for dessert.

Yesterday.....the spinach breakfast, some raw veggies and apple slices, fruit salad...salad with dinner.

Today, basically the same. If I could eat these same things every day, I'd always have 5.

I'm working on a logo for us....it's on a bag of apple slices I bought. "Five a day in color" or something like that.

5 a day in color sounds so fun!

I bought another bag of broccoli so it'll be my main vegie for awhile. Then I'll switch for a bit but it's the cheapest vegie I can find. So today will be 3 cups of broccoli and 3 oranges.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was our Department Christmas lunch at a nice restaurant; mixed leaf lettuce salad w/roma tomato, steak, a couple servings of asparagus, and a big goblet of strawberries, raspberries, and blue berries w/cream. Dinner was a refrigerator blow-out as we head out of town tomorrow; shrimp cocktail, roast pork w/cranberry-port gravy, holiday spaghetti squash, broccoli, and the last chocolate peanut butter truffle.

I will be back on the 26th. Merry Christmas Maxi and Heather.

On the 17th I had broccoli and oranges for my 6 servings of fruits/vegies.

Today: asparagus out of the can (yum) with no work to prepare and for fruit I ate the last of the oranges. Tomorrow I'll get rid of the pears before I'm back to my light fruit juice for awhile.

Oh, my! I haven't been checking in! Friday was an okay day. We ate out Friday night and I had green beans and onion rings.

Yesterday I did not do so well....an apple and a little salad.

Today, no f's and v's. I ate some leftovers for breakfast and lunch, just snacking around and being lazy! I gotta get my act together!

Today was mixed vegies and then fruit juice. I even went overboard with the carrots when I got hungry this evening. I'd rather go overboard with them and maintain weight at worst then eat junk and get all bloated.

I had an apple and a salad today. Not enough veggies or fruit. I'm home alone this week, so I'm not cooking. Maybe I'll have a better report tomorrow.
