I've done okay, but not great. Today so far, I've had celery and baby carrots with leftover shrimp dip, which has onions and celery in it. So, at least that's some veggies!

More later.

Thanks Maxibee! Been rough .

Today I drank the last of the fruit juice so I'll be having pineapple for tomorrow. Today will be broccoli for my veggies.

I had those veggies this morning, and some asparagus w/mushrooms at dinner tonight. I can't wait to get back to normal....I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow. I need to stock up on some fresh produce.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/tomato, green onions, and stuffed olives and a square of deep dish pizza w/ground beef, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and ripe olives. Dinner was baked chicken, asparagus, and crusted cauliflower (cauliflower cooked whole, then covered in a mixture of mayonaise and Dijon mustard, and then shredded cheddar cheese is pressed into the mayo mixture and then baked until the cheese is melted.)

I had some green beans tonight, since I didn't make it to the store. My menu was very low in carbs, but sadly lacking in the produce dept.!

I had an apple, some baby carrots, and some watermelon today. I'm gonna try to upload the "5 A Day" logo I scanned from the bag of apple slices I was eating......

That looks good! Yay, me! LOL!

I wonder if it's copyrighted and all that? Or if we could use it as a logo......

Oh, yeah.....I went to the store tonight and got slaw, salad, apples, and watermelon. I have a head of cauli in the fridge also. I need to do something with that soon.

Love the logo Maxibee!

I bought some alpha sprouts for a salad tonight. No fruit today since I'm detoxing my body from the holidays. I ate bad Wednesday too! I need to get with it and get the last 30 pounds lost already so I can do the hard work and just maintain . Right now I'm cooking up some brussel sprouts in low calorie butter. I'm a health food junkie!

The logo looks good Maxi. Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, green onions, and stuffed olives and a square of taco pie. Dinner was baked chicken, cranberry relish, asparagus, and cauliflower.

I like the logo, too.....and if the Dole people want to come online and find it and sue me, then I'll whip out my Prepaid Legal card and make a call. (I have no priors!) LOL!

I had a small apple at breakfast, another small apple and some baby carrots at lunch, a salad with dinner, and watermelon for "dessert".

WOW...that's the best day I've had in a while.

I had an apple with breakfast, another on the drive home, a salad and some fried okra with dinner. That's it. Not my worst day, but not my best!

So, what are we going to name the new 2006 5-A-Day challenge. I need the accountability....even if I don't do well, seeing this thread in my list is a reminder for me.

Maybe we can use the logo and call it: "5-A-Day.....the Color Way".

I think 5 a day the color way is a great name! See you on that thread tomorrow. Today I'll be eating my pineapple and cucumber.
