Let's see....an avacado, and some rather bland watermelon. Not such a good day.

The wok thing reminds me of the fruit salad I made for Thanksgiving. It kept growing and growing.......everyone ate some and took some home, and I still had a big bowl full to eat on all week!

I think the only veggie I had yesterday was broccoli. Hmmm, guess I need to go shopping and get some variety.

Breakfast was another bowl of "oreo" pudding. Lunch was BBQ ribs, baked beans (black soybeans), and a couple of servings of cole slaw w/cabbage, onion, red bell pepper, and carrot. Dinner was an oven fried chicken breast, asparagus, and a couple of servings of curried cauli-rice pilaf w/mushrooms, onion, & celery.

Breakfast was lc hot cereal with cream. Lunch was 1/2 of a 1-min muffin - no time for anything else, had to dash to drive 50 miles for an appt. Supper was lc sloppy joes over the rest of my muffin from lunch, and green beans with bacon drippings. Dessert, 1/2 of a chocolate 1-min muffin with a dash of whipped cream. I know, I know, I need more veggies. I need the time and energy to get to the grocery store!

Good grief, Henry.....just reading your day's menu makes me hungry!

I had a Jack-in-the-Box Meaty Breakfast Burrito....transferred from their tortilla to my small whole wheat one. Does 1/8 cup salsa count as a serving of tomatoes?

Lunch was mayo on a wheat tortilla and some shaved turkey on top.

I ate an apple on the way home.

Dinner: salad w/ bacon and avacado and Ranch.

Not 5 there today. I'm getting really bad at this!

Maxi, salsa should count as a veggie, though I don't think 1/8th cup would quite make it. Breakfast was a chipolte seasoned ground beef omelet w/onion, celery, jalepenos & cheese. Lunch was BBQ ribs, baked beans (black soybeans), and a couple of servings of cole slaw w/cabbage, onion, red bell pepper, & carrot. Dinner was from the wok that almost overfloweth, vegetable shirataki with pork (bok choy, onion, mushrooms broccoli, & carrot.)

Okay. :( So, if I add up 1/8 cup per day for 5 days, that's 5/8 of a cup....oh, nevermind!

I had an apple with the afore mentioned breakfast, another with lunch, a salad w/a small avacado at dinner, and some not-very-flavorful cantaloupe for dessert. So, I don't even NEED to count the salsa today.

I had some Birds Eye frozen veggies - yellow squash, zucchini, and red peppers, with a touch of onion. Sigh. I need to go shopping!

Breakfast was cantaloupe and a bowl of the "oreo" pudding. Lunch was cole slaw w/cabbage, onion, red bell pepper, & carrot and stir fried beef w/garlic over a bed of shredded napa cabbage. Dinner was salmon poached in white wine & tarragon, florentine spinach, and shirataki in my e-z alfredo sauce.

Two small yellow apples, a salad, and 2 small avacados about to go bad....that's 5, but maybe high on calories and carbs.

There's a small peice of watermelon and some cantaloupe left in the fridge. I'll try to have those tomorrow.
