Had a great deal on fruit at the store so got a bag of green apples and some banana's. High in carbs so I have to limit them and as always I eat carbs by lunch time. Kids will make sure they don't go to waste anyway.

Breakfast was my cereal praline: w/chopped pecans, sprinkle of fake brown sugar & heavy cream. Also a section of grapefruit & a shot (2.5 oz) of kefir.

Lunch was a brat, w/mustard and a big bunch of sauerkraut. (leftovers; the sauerkraut had been browned in the pan that I cooked the brats in. Some things take on a whole new dimension when you put a little brown on them. )

Snack: Slice of toasted lc 7 grain bread w/cream cheese & cranberry jam.

Dinner: diced chicken meat tossed with some mayo, chili powder, onion powder and salt, to make a salad. Served on a bed of ripped lettuce, topped with salsa & sour cream.

Hi Maggie, good to see you.
Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a l/c Super Nacho Salad. Dinner was roast beef, spaetzle w/port gravy, cranberries & pearl onions, asparagus, and strawberry shortcake.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch wasa l/c Super Nacho w/roma tomato, jalepenos and green onions. Dinner was a romaine lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza Supreme w/pepperoni, ground beef, sausage, mushrooms, roasted red pepper, green pepper, onion, and ripe olives.

Breakfast was an Acapulco omelet at First Watch. Lunch was ham, spaetzle, and sweet & sour cabbage. Dinner was grilled steak w/mushrooms sauteed in butter and sherry, twice baked fauxtatoes, asparagus, and strawberry shortcake.
