Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was Mile high shredded beef, twice baked fauxtatoes, broccoli, and some cantaloupe and honeydew melon for dessert. Dinner was braised pot roast, fauxtatoes and gravy, and green beans w/tomato and onion.

Breakfast was an Italian seasoned ground beef omelet w/celery. Lunch was a couple of grilled hamburger patties and some watermelon.
This afternoon was a birthday celebration at the office. I made Shelley's strawberries stuffed with splenda sweetened cream cheese and sour cream and topped with whipped cream. I had 1 before they were all gone.
Dinner - Dijon pork chop w/onion in mustard cream gravy, fauxtatoes, and green beans w/onion and tomatoes.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a Red leaf lettuce salad w/cucumber, roma tomato, and stuffed olives and a piece of taco pie.
For Dinner I noshed a bit as I sampled appetizers I prepared for hosting our book club and they will then become "dinner". Dinner will consist of deviled eggs, my "nacho ordinary roll-ups", a warm curried chicken salad/dip w/dried cranberries and slivered almonds served with my l/c crackers, and a vegetable crudite platter w/dip. For dessert, I will serve my version of Shelley's stuffed strawberries.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a deviled egg and nacho ordinary roll-ups. Dinner was a glass of red wine, braised pot roast w/gravy, cauli-rice, broccoli, and 2 stuffed strawberries for dessert.

Dinner was a red leaf lettuce salad w/grape tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives, a piece of l/c Deep Dish Pizza Supreme w/pepperoni, ground turkey, sausage, roasted red pepper, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, and ripe olives, and 2 of Shelley's stuffed strawberries for dessert.

Dinner as an experiment that turned out well. I took the curried chicken w/cranberries and slivered almonds that I made for book club as an accompaniment for crackers, but serve it on top of cauli-rice with a side of broccoli, and a couple of stuffed strawberries for dessert.
