Breakfast was a dried cranberry OMM w/cream cheese. Lunch was broccoli-cauliflower salad and a piece of taco pie. Dinner was roast pork w/rhubarb sauce, zucchini carbonara, and broccoli.

Breakfast was an Italian seasoned ground beef omelet w/celery. Lunch was a deviled egg roll w/ham and cheese on the golf course, followed by the last of the Broccoli-cauliflower salad when I got home. Dinner will be a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives, twice baked fauxtatoes, and grilled steak w/baked whole Vidalia onion.

Had a pretty bad day eating wise yesterday so am going to do takeoff/induction for a few days. Feel lousy and tired today because of it.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries & rhubarb sauce. Lunch was Spare ribs, sweet & sour cabbage, and twice baked fauxtatoes. Dinner was roast pork w/rhubarb sauce, zucchini carbonara, and broccoli.

Thursday was a travel day from he!!. It was almost like a Ground hogs day rerun of or Christmas oddosey to get to Cleveland. However, after spending 8 hours at the St. Louis airport because of a blown connection, we finally got to Cleveland, but this time our bags made it and the car rental place was still open.
Breakfast was a "grab-n-go" deviled egg roll w/ham, cheese, and jalepenos.
Lunch was a spice OMM w.dried cranberries and cream cheese. Dinner was a lettuce and tomato salad and a bunless bacon cheeseburger.

Friday's Breakfast was a salami and cheese omelet w/celery and onion.
Lunch was a couple of bunless McDonalds double cheesburgers. Dinner was a Romaine lettuce salad w/tomato and cucumber, grilled steak, and Dijon & cheddar crusted cauliflower

Breakfast was a Philly cheesesteak omelet w/celery, onion, red bell pepper. Lunch was a Ruben casserole (layered sauerkraut, corned beef, and mozzerella cheese. Dinner was a romaine lettuce salad w, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, and green olives, grilled pork chop and broccoli.

Yesterday was peaches and lettuce

Today green beans. Not sure if I'll get in fruit since it's already lunch time. Like to eat my higher carb foods early in the day.

Breakfast was Cantaloupe, scrambled eggs, bacon, and strawberries w/cream. Lunch was the leftover Grilled pork and chicken sauteed with some onion and then cheese melted over the top, and broccoli.
Dinner was A glass (or 2) of "Rose the Riviter" (a cutsey name for a blush wine), Poached salmon, Dijonaise & cheddar crusted cauliflower, zucchini, and black berries w/cream.
