    Today was a travel day as we returned home from a visit with the grandkids.
    Breakfast was Spicy chorizo sausage, scrambled eggs, and black berries w/whipped cream.
    Lunch was a Bennigan's grilled chicken salad while I took dw shopping on the way to the airport. Dinner was a l/c Whopper at Burger King before boarding the plane this evening.

    Lettuce and green beans today. Running short on fruit in the house so may not have much for a week.

    Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a Greek salad w/grilled chicken, baby spinach, ripe olives, red onion, mushrooms, tomato, and feta cheese. Dinner was roast beef, twice baked fauxtatoes and green beans.

    Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a Romaine lettuce salad and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza Supreme. Dinner was an oven fried chicken breast, Dijonaise & cheddar crusted baked cauliflower, and broccoli.

    Breakfast was a strawberry-rhubarb One Minute Muffin w/cream cheese. Lunch was ham and sweet & sour cabbage. Dinner was a red leaf lettuce salad and a piece of spaghetti pie.

    Breakfast was an Italian sausage omelet w/celery. Lunch was a golf course grab-n-go Deviled egg roll w/ham and cheese. This afternoon I had a "Snack" of almost 2 cans of liquid analgesic after mowing the yard in 92 degree heat. (I had to share some with dw.) Dinner was a red leaf lettuce salad, grilled steak and sauteed mushrooms.
