Breakfast was a First Watch "works" omelet and assorted melon before we drove home today.
Lunch was Genoa salami and cheese roll-ups. Dinner was a red leaf lettuce salad and Dreamfield's spaghetti w/meat sauce.

Same as yesterday! Ran out of cucumbers and apples. Out of fruit so will need to restock on that. Have a good Wednesday Henry!

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a red leaf lettuce salad and ground beef w/marinara sauce and cheese. Dinner was an oven fried chicken breast, twice baked fauxtatoes, and broccoli.

Breakfast was an Italian sausage omelet w/celery. Lunch was a lettuce salad and ground beef w/marinara sauce and cheese. Dinner will be a taco salad.

Restocked and yesterday and today I had mangoes for fruit and veggies was green beans.

Yikes!! I'm still here but won't be having fruit for awhile because I plan on going on induction levels. Thinking about having a nice salad for dinner.

Breakfast was cantaloupe and an Italian sausage omelet w/celery. Lunch was a Company catered lunch from a Mexican restaurant. I made a bed of ground beef taco meat topped with cheese, salsa, and shredded lettuce, and some guacomole.
Dinner - Lettuce salad and Mexican mousaka.

Still no fruit, may keep on induction phase this for two weeks since the scale is looking good and my belly doesn't look so bloated. I did have salad and it was wonderful! Bacon ranch dressing....yum!
