Today is a travel day as I am off to the tender mercies of a meeting in New York City and the joys of maintaining a l/c lifestyle on the road for 6 days.
Breakfast will be cantaloupe before I leave for the airport and a deviled egg roll w/ham and cheese while I wait for my flight. Lunch will be a Cranberry spice One Minute Muffin w/cream cheese when I arrive in NYC. Dinner will be at a small steakhouse that had a good review that DW noticed.
I have made my cranberry spice breakfast OMM's and will be taking them with me for breakfasts at the meeting (I will add some cream cheese to it from the continental breakfast available at the meeting and some melon or berries, if available.) The rest of my meals will be from l/c options available at a variety of restaurants to be determined on a daily basis. I will resume posting on August 13th.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/blueberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad and Italian seasoned ground beef and sausage w/cheese. For dinner, we hosted our book club so I just grazed on assorted crudite, cheese, deviled eggs, nacho ordinary roll-ups, ham roll-ups, and a piece of something I created that, before I made it, I decided to call "almond joy pie". Eventhough the chocolate filling is a lighter chocolate color than the namesake, the flavor certainly reminds me of an almond joy.
