Thank you for helping me understand. It makes great sense when you explained it!
Thanks for you patience! It was also interesting to know that you will continue to eat this way even if your wife chooses a different eating style from yours. That takes extra work, and extra planning, and you seem to have it all thought out well, even including the weekly sales!

Congratulates... on sticking through when all the others have not!

Tracy, tonight's dinner shows the advantages of planning a week's meals. I got to work and found that I was going to have a meeting tomorrow evening that would delay me getting home until well past the time my wife likes to eat. As a result, I switched my planned meal for Wednesday with tonights scheduled meal so she could fix her dinner separately from mine and eat at the regular time and I could heat mine up when I got home.
Breakfast was cantaloupe, sausage, and l/c pancakes w/blue berries & whipped cream. Lunch was cucumbers and onion vinegrette and a piece of cheeseburger pie. Dinner was 1/2 of a l/c breaded chicken breast parmesean served over Dreamfield's spaghetti w/marinara sauce, and green beans w/bacon and onion.

Saturday's Breakfast was sausage and l/c pancakes w/syrup. Lunch was a ham, cheese, and sauerkraut casserole. For dinner, I had to be flexible. I had planned to take my wife out for dinner after we went to a surprise birthday party/wine tasting w/appetizers where I had a glass of champagne and some assorted cheeses followed by a glass of chardonay with some shrimp, crab legs, and a taste of caviar. After dropping another couple off, I asked my wife where she wanted to go for dinner and we had one of those old married couple conversations. She said "well, we could go to "A" or "B", I don't really want much (she had had some cheese and a little pasta), but I need a little something." So, I said well we will go to "B" as I just want a little something too. So we started out for "B". While on the way, she then says well, we could just go home and she would have a BLT and I could have whatever. So we went home and after whatever, I had a cheese omelet and a sliced fresh tomato and she had a BLT.
