Tuesday's Breakfast was an Italian sausage omelet w/celery. Lunch was l/c split pea soup and chicken salad w/dried cranberries. Dinner was a spinach salad, grilled chicken breast, and corn on the cobb.

Wednesday's Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch was l/c "split pea" soup and chicken salad w/dried cranberries. Dinner was a lettuce salad and shrimp in chunky tomato cream sauce servd over cauli-rice.

Thursday's Breakfast was an Italian sausage omelet w/celery and onion. Lunch was l/c "split pea" soup and steamed chicken and shrimp with vegetables. Dinner was spinach salad and a grilled chicken breast.

Friday's Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch was the last of l/c split pea soup and chicken salad w/dried cranberries. Dinner was a lettuce salad and the last of the shrimp in chunky tomato cream sauce served over cauli-rice.

Saturday's Breakfast was sausage and l/c pancakes w/syrup. For lunch, I made an appearance at a company "picnic" event at an amusement park. I made lunch out of dill pickles and grilled chicken breast. For dinner, Chef Wing-It made an appearance. My original plan was to make a l/c pastichio using Dreamfield's macaroni. However, I decided to change the seasoning of the meat filling from Greek to Italian and change the plain baked bechamel cream sauce topping to a parmesean custard sauce sesaoned with a little garlic and oregano. I have decided to call it Pastichio Italiano and served it with a small lettuce salad.

Sunday's Breakfast was an Italian sausage omelet w/onion and celery. Lunch was a deviled eggroll w/ham & cheese. Dinner was meatballs in sour cream and sherry mushroom cream gravy, cauli-rice, and green beans w/onion and bacon.
