Monday's Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch was Chili. For dinner, I took DW to her favorite Italian restaurant for her birthday. I had a lettuce salad their Atkins Special, char grilled chunks of marinated chicken breast in Alfredo sauce w/fresh spinach, artichoke hearts and proscuitto. We returned home for dessert where we split a l/c mini Baked Alaska served in a puddle of splenda sweetened chocolate caramel sauce.

Today we finished cleaning out the refrigerator as we get ready to leave for a week's vacation.
Friday's Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch was the last sliced tomato from our garden, which produced longer than ever this year, and the last of the batch of chili.
Dinner was a lettuce salad, l/c breaded chicken breast parmesean, and Dreamfield's linguini w/marinara sauce.
