    Tuesday's Breakfast was an Italian sausage omelet w/celery. Lunch Pastichio Italiano.
    Dinner was roast pork w/cranberry port gravy, stewed cranberries & pearl onions, hash browned delicata squash, and green beans.

    Wednesday's Breakfast was "Chocolate Pudding" (Maggie's cereal w/cocoa.) Lunch was a lettuce salad and Pastichio Italiano. Dinner was an oven fried chicken breast, twice baked fauxtatoes, and green beans.

    Thursday's Breakfast was a Chipolte seasoned taco omelet w/celery and jalepenos. Lunch was a lettuce salad and Pastichio Italiano. Dinner was roast pork w/cranberry-port gravy, hash browned Delicata squash, stewed cranberries w/pearl onions, and green beans.

    Saturday's Breakfast, as I made a batch of pancakes, was sausage and l/c pancakes w/syrup.
    Lunch was pepper steak served over cauli-rice. Dinner was meatballs in sour cream and sherry mushroom cream gravy, cauli-rice, and buttered sugar snap peas.

    Cheese and brocolli omelet for breakfast, planning to make tacos for lunch(I have mine over romaine) and roasted chicken with green beans, ceasar salad(no croutons) for dinner.

    Sunday's Breakfast was a chipolte seasoned taco omelet w/celery and jalepenos. Lunch was a Chef's salad w/romaine. grape tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, ham, bacon, hb egg, stuffed olives and cheese. (The start of a "clean out the refrigerator" week as we prepare to leave Saturday to visit our son and his family in Cleveland, with a stop in St. Louis to visit my siblings on the way.) Dinner was a grilled hamburger steak, E-Z egg plant parmesean, and asparagus (with a glass of Cafe Zinfandel).

    Monday's Breakfast was a bowl of warm "Chocolate Pudding". Lunch was grilled pork w/BBQ sauce and sweet & sour cabbage. Dinner was meatballs in sour cream & sherry mushroom cream gravy, cauli-rice, and buttered sugar snap peas.

    Wednesday's Breakfast was warm "chocolate pudding". Lunch was steamed chicken w/chinese mixed vegetables. Dinner was meatballs in sour cream & sherry mushroom cream gravy, cauli-rice, buttered sugar snap peas, and 1/2 of a pear for dessert.

We leave Saturday morning on a casual 3 and 1/2 day road trip to our son's for Christmas, with lots of stops for shopping on the way.

    Breakfast was a Deviled egg roll w/ham & cheese before we left.
    Lunch was an on the road McDonald's McDouble & side salad. Dinner was at a Hometown Buffet where I had grilled pork steak, grilled sirloin, broccoli, green beans, and cantaloupe for dessert.

    Sunday Breakfast was sausage and scrambled eggs w/cheese & jalepenos. Lunch was a McDouble burger w/o bun and a salad while out shopping. Dinner was a lettuce salad, Italian sausage, and broccoli.

    Day 3 of the road trip. Monday's breakfast was sausage and scrambled eggs w/cheese and jalepenos. Lunch was a McDouble burger and side salad. Dinner was some peanuts and a l/c beer after a long day's drive followed by a lettuce salad, grilled chopped sirloin, and broccoli.
