Monday's Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/blueberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad and a l/c breaded chicken breast parmesean. Dinner was an oven fried chicken breast, l/c Rosti, asparagus, and a small blueberry cheesecake parfait.

Tuesday's Breakfast was sausage and l/c pancakes stuffed with vanilla cheesecake pudding and topped with blueberries in blueberry cinnamon syrup. Lunch was a lettuce salad and a l/c breaded chicken breast parmesean. Dinner was another lettuce salad and shrimp in tomato cream sauce served over Dreamfield's linguini.

Wednesday's Breakfast was cantaloupe and Maggie's cereal w/blueberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad and Pastichio Italiano. Dinner was an oven fried chicken breast, l/c Rosti, and asparagus.

Thursday's Breakfast was an Italian Sausage omelet w/celery. Lunch was lettuce salad and l/c breaded chicken breast parmesean. Dinner was another lettuce salad, shrimp in tomato cream sauce served over Dreamfield's linguini, and a red pear for dessert.

Friday's Breakfast was Cantaloupe and Maggie's cereal w/blueberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad and a rolled chicken breast stuffed w/3 cheeses and andouille sausage. Dinner was an oven fried chicken breast, Jicama Rosti, and asparagus.

Lunch was a Chef's salad. Dinner was roast Pork, "Rotel rice" casserole, and asparagus.

We are hosting our book club so for dinner I will just graze on assorted l/c appetizers (assorted veggie crudite, deviled eggs, shrimp w/California style Chipolte cocktail sauce, meatballs, and 2 types of stuffed mushrooms) and a piece of Linda Sue's Chocolate Truffle Torte for dessert.

Dinner was Shrimp & sliced avacado cocktail, rib roast, sauteed mushrooms, "Rotel Rice Casserole", asparagus, and a piece of Chocolate Truffle Tort w/whipped cream for dessert.
