Wednesday's Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/blueberries. Lunch was celery sticks and Tex-Mex skillet casserole. Dinner was a lettuce salad and 1/2 of a chicken roll on Dreamfield's linguini w/marinara sauce.

Saturday's Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/blueberries. Lunch was a grilled ground beef patty smothered in sauteed onion and mushrooms and topped w/melted cheddar, and the last of the twice baked fauxtatoes, and green beans. Dinner was pork roast w/cranberry relish, Dijonaise & cheddar crusted baked cauliflower, and asparagus.

Sunday's Breakfast was a Chipolte seasoned taco omelet w/onion, celery, and jalepenos. Lunch was a Ruben casserole. Dinner was a grilled chicken breast, jicama rosti, and cabbage and carrot slaw w/hot bacon & vinegar dressing.

Monday's Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch was Tex-Mex skillet casserole.
For dinner, we dined out to celebrate our 41st anniversary at our favorite Italian restaurant. I had a house salad and the Atkins Special (char-grilled chicken breast in Alfredo sauce w/artichoke hearts, spinach, and proscuitto. That was followed by some champagne and a few macadamia nuts and cocoa dusted almonds when we returned home.

Saturday's Breakfast was cantaloupe and a deviled egg roll w/turkey pastrami & cheese. Lunch was a "chef wing-it" stir fry of onion, green pepper, mushrooms, asparagus, leftover pork roast, and some wonderful fresh Thai chilis I found this morning while shopping. Dinner was a lettuce salad, l/c breaded chicken breast parmesean, and Dreamfield's linguini w/marinara sauce.
