Wednesday's Breakfast was a Chipolte seasoned taco omelet w/celery and jalepenos. Lunch was Hot & Sour pork and vegetable soup w/shiritaki. Dinner was a lettuce salad, a l/c breaded chicken breast parmesean served on Dreamfield's linguini w/marinara sauce, and sliced strawberries w/cream for dessert.

Friday's Breakfast was cantaloupe and Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch was Hot & Sour pork and vegetable soup w/shiritaki. Dinner was baked ham w/cranberry relish, twice baked fauxtatoes, asparagus, and strawberries w/cream for dessert.

Easter Breakfast was a Sonoran fritta at First Watch w/sliced tomato instead of potato.
Lunch wa a couple of pieces of ham and a bowl of l/c "split pea" soup. Dinner was roast pork, twice baked fauxtatoes, green beans w/onion & bacon, and strawberry shortcake for dessert.
