Half an apple, a cup of fruit salad, green bean casserole, and twice baked cauli. I'm sure it was enough for my 5 today.

Breakfast was a chipolte seasoned ground turkey omelet w/celery, onion, jalepenos & cheese. Lunch was my usual blue plate special for this week, a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives, a bowl of Avgolomeno and some deviled eggs. Dinner was asparagus and eggplant stuffed with shrimp & crab w/onion, green pepper, celery, and mushrooms and a Granny smith apple for dessert..

Lunch was Nathan's hot dogs with buttered green beans.

Supper was ham chopped and browned with diced mushrooms, and fresh spinach wilted into it, with an omelet on the side.

Later we might have some strawberries or blueberries with whipped cream.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was the last of the Avgolomeno, deviled eggs, and a "clean out the refrigerator" mixed leaf lettuce salad w/cucumber, green onion, and stuffed olives. Dinner was roast pork, zucchini carbonara, and Greek style roasted brussel sprouts.

Lunch was leftover pork with the roasted rutabagas, peppers and onion. Supper we were treated by our son and dil to a nice supper (even though it took us 15 minutes to get waited on and another 45 to get our food, and it was all wrong!). Grilled mahimahi with zucchini, yellow squash and broccoli in garlic butter and a nice dinner salad, croutons given to dil.

Today we had a napa cabbage slaw with ham and provolone cheese for lunch.

For supper we had burgers with homemade 1-minute buns, buttered green beans, and coleslaw, the dressing made with homemade mayonnaise that was made with half vegetable oil and half coconut oil. It was yummy.

I had some fruit salad and later on, some cantaloupe. No veggies, and not 5 servings, but better than none.

I'm detoxing the next 2 days and will not be eating fruit (nothing with any type even natural sugars). So today will be broccoli and brussel sprouts for veggies. I'll check salsa to see if I can put it on my broccoli but I think it may have some sugar snuck in it too.

For lunch we had leftovers. Hamburgers with homemade coleslaw, and some leftover napa cabbage slaw mixed with leftover cucumber, onions and tomatoes in Italian dressing. For supper we had chili with black soybeans and green and red bell pepper, onion, and tomato. This is the most veggies I've had in ages.
