Thursday's Breakfast was blackberries w/cream and an Italian Sausage omelet w/celery. Lunch was a lettuce salad and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza Supreme. Dinner was meatballs in sour cream and sherry mushroom cream gravy, cauli-rice, and green beans.

Friday's Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a lettuce salad and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza Supreme. Dinner was another lettuce salad and shrimp in tomato cream sauce served over Dreamfield's linguini.

Sunday's Breakfast was an Italian sausage omelet w.onion, green pepper, and celery. Lunch was a deviled egg roll w/ham and cheese. Dinner was a grilled hamburger patty, 1/2 ear corn on the cobb, and cabbage and carrot slaw w/hot bacon & vinegar dressing.

Memorial Day Breakfast was sausage and l/c pancakes w/strawberries & whipped cream.
Lunch was a chef "wing-it" creation of sauteed onion, mushrooms, and a few jalepenos with diced grilled chicken in a cheddar cheese sauce on a slice of ham. (Sort of a deconstructed chicken cordon bleu.) Dinner was grilled pork steak, cauli-rice w/gravy, and asparagus.

Saturday's Breakfast was a grab-n-go deviled egg roll w/ham and cheese. Lunch was Ruben casserole. Dinner was a lettuce salad and Pastichio Italiano.

Monday's Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/strawberries. Lunch was a new creation I call French garden fauxtato salad and Pastichio Italiano. Dinner was an oven fried chichen breast, Dijonaise & cheddar crusted baked cauliflower, and green beans w/onion and tomato.
