Saturday's Breakfast was cantaloupe and a Deviled Egg Roll w/ham and cheese. Lunch was the last of the meatballs in sour cream & sherry mushroom cream gravy and cauli-rice. Dinner was a lettuce salad and a piece of Dreamfield's spaghetti pie.

Sunday's Breakfast was cantaloupe and Italian sausage omelet. Lunch was a Deviled Egg Roll w/ham & cheese. Dinner was a lettuce salad, grilled steak, and eggplant parmesean.

Sunday Breakfast was a Philly Cheese Steak omelet w/onion, celery, and jalepenos. Lunch was a Deviled Egg Roll w/ham & cheese. For dinner, I decided to do a variation on a classic Thai stir fry, Thit Bo Xao Dau, but instead of green beans I used broccoli (so I guess it is broccoli beef stir fry) and served it on cauli-rice.
