Thursday's Breakfast was Sausage and l/c pancakes w/syrup. Lunch was Cole slaw and a grilled hamburger patty. Dinner was a lettuce salad and a piece of Dreamfield's spaghetti pie. The refrigerator is pretty well cleaned out, or will be when I finish making some Deviled egg rolls for some grab-n-go breakfasts as we leave tomorrow pm to begin driving to Houston. I will be back ont the 19th.

Monday's Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/dried cranberries. Lunch was a Lettuce salad and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza. Dinner was Roast beef, spaghetti squash, and green beans w/onion and tomato.

Tuesday's Breakfast was an Italian sausage omelet w/celery and red pepper. Lunch was a Lettuce salad and Nacho Ordinary Strata. Dinner was at Ruby Tuesday's as we celebrated DW's birthday. I had a lettuce salad, grilled steak and broccoli.

Saturday's Breakfast was sausage and l/c pancakes w/syrup. Lunch was a lettuce salad and a grilled hamburger patty. For Dinner, we are hosting a party for some long-time neighbors who are moving so I will simply nosh on assorted l/c appetizers of Deviled Eggs, Crimini mushrooms stuffed w/sausage & cream cheese, assorted veggie crudite, shrimp w/California Style Chipolte Seasoned Cocktail Sauce, Nacho Ordinary Rollups, and perhaps a little Rotel Dip on pork rinds (on tortilla chips for the guests).
