I had some fruit salad and broccoli at lunch..... for dinner,I did forgo the wheat tortillas that stall me so, and just had my beef fajitas over salad greens, with onion, of course....and sliced avacado with just a bit of cheddar cheese. I took a picture of it with my camera phone before I put the dressing on it. DH thinks I am losing touch with reality! I did it so I could show someone a yummy, satifying salad when/if they ask me what I eat. It was a work of art. I poured some Walden Farms sugar free ranch on it and had a good l/c meal: veggies (greens and onion), fruit (avacado), dairy (cheese), and protein (fajita beef). What more could a person want?

Lunch was sausage patties, a OMM, and cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes.

Supper was freshly cooked corned beef with roasted rutabagas and cherry tomatoes.

Today is (red) salsa, (green) spinach and (purple) fruit juice. I also had a 40 calorie corn tortilla with 1/4 cup of shredded mexican cheese melted on top for a starch and a dairy. For lunch will be 1 slice of bread with turkey hot dog with mustard - yum! Then dinner will be my salad and chicken. What a good yummy variety of a day! I also get 2 protein bars today which are honey nougat kind and so soft.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/Zapples. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onions and stuffed olives, and a square of chile rellenos casserole. Dinner was an oven fried chicken breast, shirataki alfredo, and asparagus.

Breakfast was Maggie's cereal w/Zapples. Lunch was a couple of deviled eggs and a couple of lettuce wrapped philly cheese steaks w/onion and celery. Dinner was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onions, and stuffed olives and a l/c tortilla wrap beef burrito w/onion, red bell pepper, and celery.

Lunch was a romaine salad with red peppers and pepperoni.

Supper was a casserole with red, green, yellow and orange peppers, ground beef and ground pork, cream cheese and spices and dreamfields elbow and penne pasta over a bed of shredded mozzarella, then topped with eggs and ricotta cheese, then parmesan cheese, and baked until hot and bubbly; and a few green beans, and a small handful of raw broccoli, and 2 nice big strawberries.

No f's or v's until dinner tonight: 2 tablespoons of potato salad, and cauli/broc/carrot salad. Not enough of the good stuff, and a taste of the 'taters I should've skipped. :(

I guess the half a roll and small amount of taters didn't hurt me too badly....I was down a pound this morning. No tempting fate, though!

I had 1/2 an avacado with my scrambled eggs and salmon at breakfast. That sounds like I am breaking my own food rules.....but I ate them separately.

No lunch, just early dinner, a Caesar Salad w/the insides of a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich chopped into it. Marvelous.

Not so good on my 5-a-day. I haven't been doing so well lately!

Yesterday I had leftover casserole that was packed with bell peppers, all colors. For supper we had salad with a couple of tablespoons canned diced tomatoes (no fresh ones available), and more bell peppers. I had seasoned tuna fillets with mine, DH had some drained canned chicken with his.
