Today I ate a mango and kiwi along with zucchini pie for dinner. Yummy! I also tried veggie bologna which is more of a protein and it was surprisingly good and very low on calories. I ate the whole pack, am stuffed, and it was only 200 calories.

A OMM with blueberries for breakfast.
Lunch, a salad with romaine, red cabbage, cucumbers, and black soybeans I marinated in olive oil, red wine vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Supper, more of the Dreamfields casserole, packed with multi-hued bell peppers, and green beans sauteed in butter.

Broccoli at lunch, some okra at dinner. I'm not doing so well at this right now. But, seeing this thread in my list every day reminds me to keep trying.

Wow, I've not been online in the last couple of days!

I had a salad yesterday at lunch, and another last night with avacado. Not my worst day. I'm getting ready to make broccoli/cauli "salad"....just cut up raw (with a little grated carrot for color) and add mayo. It really is good.....and EASY!
