I finally finished the broccoli/cauli/carrot salad I made this past weekend. It was one of those things that grew as I made it!

I've had salads, too....and a couple of apples. I bought DD some huge, beautiful seedless white grapes, but I only had 4. I could get in trouble there.

Today I had b/c/c salad at lunch and dinner, and a small apple at lunch.

I am going to purpose to be more deliberate about eating my 5 a day! I've been slacking.

I really do enjoy to spice up my foods and I took some pics of my spice rack's (sp?) today to share with you all. I found the 3 spice racks at 3 different garage sales. I made my own "Heather's Spice's labels" with favorite country pictures on the front. I stained the wood to match each other. http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h8...ay1/spice5.jpg
