Lots of nice colors there Nita. I remain firmly entrenched in a red and green color scheme. Breakfast was l/c pancakes & sausage. Lunch was a large lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onions, & stuffed olives and shrimp prima vera w/broccoli & onion in a white wine & cheese sauce over Dreamfields linguini. Dinner was salmon poached in white wine, a couple of servings of florentine spinach, cheese souffle, and a piece of DPPPD.

Apple, cauli salad, green salad. Not enough, and boring, but healthy.

Let's see....yesterday...orange, green, variations of green, red and peach colors:
Tangerines, broccoli, lettuce, radishes, peach yogurt.

I had a nice, large salad tonight. Probably 3 servings, with carrots, tomatoes, and red onion. Colorful!

I fell behind a little yesterday. I had a tomato with lunch, some strawberries and blueberries for a snack, and blueberries in pancakes last night. More fruit than I usually eat, but it was so good, it was worth it.

Today I have already had onions, peppers and mushrooms in an omelet, so I am ahead of the game so far.

Breakfast was l/c pancakes and sausage. Lunch was non-existant as I had a late breakfast fixing a new batch of pancakes for the freezer and did not get home from the golf course until it was time to fix dinner. Dinner was salmon poached in white wine, two servings each of broccoli and zucchini carbonara, and some cranberry relish to barely make my 5 servings today.

Salad, broccoli, onion rings (3), and watermelon. I'm sure that's 5. And more colorful than usual!

Carrots, broccoli, blueberries, tangerines, banana, cabbage, cauliflower, raisins.

That's a spectrum of colors and, unfortunately, too much fruit to claim as an on-plan day.

*sigh*

Onward.

Yesterday was peppers, onions & mushrooms in an omelet; pickles and 1/2 tomato for lunch; onions & peppers in a stirfry and black soybeans. Plus cantaloupe with a few blueberries.

Breakfast was an omelet w/onion, celery, jalepenos, ground meat & cheese. Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, green onion, & stuffed olives and the last of the shrimp prima vera w/onion & broccoli in a white wine - cheese sauce over Dreamfields linguini. Dinner was sugar snap peas and meatballs and sauteed mushrooms in a mushroom/sherry cream gravy over cauliflower rice.
