Breakfast was cantaloupe and a chipolte seasoned ground beef omelet w/onion and celery. Lunch was deviled eggs, celery stuffed with super nacho dip, and mushrooms stuffed with onion, green pepper, bacon and cream cheese. Dinner was a large taco salad w/lettuce, roma tomatoes, jalepenos, green onion, taco meat, and cheese, and a piece of Char's peanut butter cheese cake for dessert. I leave early tomorrow morning for a 5 day golf trip with my son and some of his friends, so I will not be posting again until Wednesday.

Henry, have fun playing golf.

I haven't posted here in a while.

Today, I had a big (about 4 cups!) green salad w/red onion and Cardini's and some cantaloupe.

Have a good colorful week everyone!

Yesterday I had no vegetables!! That is the first time in months that I've done that. Inless you count pizza, that definately has to be a vegetable - I wish!!

Today is much better with peaches and broccoli.

I made myself a breakfast sandwich with l/c multi-grain bread, HeartSmart butter, a slice of cheese, some sliced ham, and a couple of pieces of bacon.

I had an apple with it.....at lunch I had a piece of leftover meat from last night, and about 1/2 cup of fruit salad.

Dinner was a big salad: shrimp, avacados, and mayo.
I also had a l/c ice cream bar and some of DD's leftover chosolate. :(

It's funny how starting back on induction makes a person more aware of his veggies!
I am having 2 salads every day, with romaine and spinach, a very small amount of tomatoes and onion, and half of a small avocado every day, plus another veggie at supper. When I was trying OWL I tended to eat fewer veggies, and more things like the OMM and hot cereal. I even had salad for breakfast a few days ago.

Today I had a small chef's salad with ham, swiss cheese, and 1/2 an avocado. For supper I'll have another small salad and a chicken stir fry with broccoli.
