Sorry, guys! I'm here....trying to remember my f's and v's from yesterday....

Friday: nothing until dinner....LARGE salad: bag American style w/avacado, bacon bits, a little shredded cheddar, and some Cardinis....marvelous. I think I got 3-4, maybe 5 servings in that salad.

Today, I had a spinach/mushroom/cheddar (out of Swiss!) omelet for breakfast, an apple for snack, and a salad w/avacado with dinner. And cantaloupe later. Wow.....could that be more than 5? Imagine THAT!

I had a piece of cantaloupe with breakfast, some spinach w/mushrooms and cheese at lunch, and some cauli/carrot/mayo "salad" with dinner. Now that's colorful!

What have you done to Maxi? There are too many veggies and fruits showing up here.
Breakfast was a chipolte seasoned ground beef omelet w/onion and celery. Lunch was an after golf couple of ham & cheese roll-up while I prepared dinner. Dinner was crab, dreamfields linguini w/carbonara sauce (with mushrooms, & onion), white asparagus, and strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Hey, Henry....I TOLD you about the Mecury-no-being-in-retrograde-anymore theory.

I think I have developed a couple of addictions: avacados and Cardinis. Any plain old salad can be marvelous with the addition of those 2 things.....and maybe a bit of red onion, too. Mmmmmm....there are FAR worse things to be hooked on!

When my chocolate craving hit tonight (don't ask), I made myself a OMM....w/cocoa and some chopped walnuts. Marvelous. Don't deny....just revise.

Breakfast was cantaloupe and a bowl of warm chocolate pudding (aka Maggie's cereal w/cocoa). Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, and stuffed olives, and a piece of chipolte chili relenos casserole. We celebrated my boss's birthday today, so I made a l/c vanilla pound cake and we had that with strawberries & whipped cream. Dinner was roast pork, green beans w/tomato & onion, and curried cauli-rice pilaf w/onion, celery, & mushrooms.

Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion, & stuffed olives, and a square of chipolte chili relenos casserole. Dinner was a chef wing-it special as I sauteed some onion in butter, added a diced cooked chicken breast, some cream & parmesean cheese, some broccoli that I blanched, and some left-over linguini in carbonara sauce and called it dinner.

Lunch was a lettuce salad w/roma tomato, cucumber, green onion & stuffed olives and a couple of beef and chicken kabobs w/bell pepper, mushrooms, and yellow squash. Dinner was a reprise of the lunch salad (different dressing), and a pork burrito w/onion, celery, and green pepper in a l/c tortilla.
